Deduction during refund

While a customer cancels any paid order and ask for refund, or we lavendermart.com.bd cancel any paid order, in terms of Debit/Credit card payment of any bank or bKash/Rocket, we lavendermart.com.bd will refund the full amount from our lavendermart.com.bd end. In case of Credit/Debit card payment, the customer will get back the same amount from his/her card issuer bank. But in case of payment from bKash/ Rocket, even if lavendermart.com.bd refunds FULL AMOUNT that a customer paid, they (bKash/Rocket) will deduct the transaction charge (according to their company policy) before refunding it to customer.
